I would include at least 20mg per day of zinc in this as well and make sure you are getting ALL of the omega 3 fatty acids... research the different ones. Also try to find whole food sources for all these nutrients, don't just take pills.
It's important to be consistent about dietary intake and be patient... it's unlikely you'll see immediate changes... although having said this my dermatitis improved within 48 hours of increasing my intake of zinc (less flares and itching).
