Good biological dentist in Mexico or Costa Rica?

I need to get done some dental work ( root canal and fillings). To rationalize cost, plan to go to Mexico or Costa Rica. Fortunately, I never had any Amalgam fillings done.

Could I receive information about some trustworthy biological dentists in Mexico or Costa Rica?

Would any other place be more reasonable in terms of cost while balancing the quality of biological dental work?

It would be helpful to know any reliable Chiropractor also in the same city/country?
