It sounds like you are unfamiliar with the ozone steam/sauna. Your Head Is not inside the sauna with your body So you do not ever breath it in. It is supposed to be very good for assisted healing for all types of conditions. There is a seal around your neck and the rest of your body is in the sauna which is ozonated. This is sort of like an induced fever to allow your pores to open up, release toxins as well as soak up the ozone through your skin.

I actually have an ozonater and I love it! I use it for many things including drinking, washing veggies, killing odors. I do a fast every friday and on that day I take 10 drops of food grade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) as part of my Liver Cleansing protocol.

I also Do the Major Auto Hemotherapy once a week which is where they pump ozone into your blood and then send it back.

As far as coffee enemas go, Its funny you mention it cuz I just ( like 2 seconds ago) bought a new enema bag on amazon made of silicone which is supposed to be non-toxic And a special organic coffee that was advertised to be special for liver cleansing. The Bag I bought a couple weeks ago smells like chemicals and I don't want to use it again!

I thought it would be a good idea to do this once a week on friday night (my fasting day) so my colon will be cleared out and figure this will make the treatment more effective. Do you have any input about this?


I did the vit-ra-tox Colon Cleanse and liver cleanse about a week ago and I plan on doing the liver cleanse every 3 weeks if I continue to see stones appear.

Any other input would be appreciated and taken into consideration.
