The turmeric will be a couple capsules daily for MONTHS with a hot beverage--to make sure it metabolizes properly, before you see any effect. Zappers are immediate. But hey--I guess you like suffering--maybe it don't feel real unless you 'pay your dues'. Rife helps kill one pathogen of about 40--so it wouldn't have much impact. The beats thing, none at all. Ginger and garlic are mostly good at annoying stuff, they don't kill much.

As noted, buy zappers from sources outside the US, Canada, or western/northern Europe. I believe they're lethal now after being compromised. If the one you get does any more than a faint tingle (and it won't do that even, most likely) don't use it. It's electrocuting YOU along with the parasites. Very bad.
