Tibetan medicine compared to Ayurveda

Hello all

Has anyone tried both Tibetan medicine and Ayurveda? I have read books on both but have not tried Tibetan medicine. Ayurveda has not been very helpful for my lymphatic congestion in the head, so I am wondering if I should give a try to Tibetan medicine now.

Does anyone have experiences in both, or in either relating to lymph?
