Re: How to Ingest ozonated olive oil??

I'm planning on doing the Clark mop up program
But I cannot seem to get the oil down. I've tried everything- even freezing it into little discs- my gag reflex goes off if I even get near it! Would it be okay if I just put it into capsules?
I need it to hit my solar plexus region so I'm worried that won't work.. Do u have a secret to ingesting this stuff? Can I put a tube down my throat? 😂 Any suggestions welcome!
