The next thing on the list is to examine environmental possibilities. People with similar symptoms have had their homes tested, and found high levels of formaldehyde, just as an example. Infections result from immunotoxicity.

Your digestion of fruit and veg is poor, and you may have bowel inflammation. The skin problem is surely related, as this is the case with many types of inflammatory issues.

As far as bad bugs go, I suspect the fungal infection on your chest is the clue.

This looks like it could be aspergillus, because some strains can be endoparasitic.

This type of infection could cause most of the listed symptoms. It could be, you have a TLR or HLA susceptibility (genetic predisposition), or you may have been exposed to this somehow.

Blood work should show some elevation of WBC's, but 100% for inflammatory markers. Do you get stiff joints?
