Re: Niacinamide is a godsend for insomnia and doesn't cause hypoglycemia

Hi. Thanks so much for this info. I could've written your post because it sounds like it came from me. I'm curious to know the various OTC sleep aids you use aside from Unisom (Unisom makes me drowsy the next day, but not as drowsy as Nytol). I'd also like to know more about the melatonin you use. Is it time release or fast-acting? Sublingual or oral? And the dosage? I haven't quite yet found the dosage and form that works well for me. Lastly, would you mind sharing what products you take for adrenal fatigue? I swear I've tried everything, and now my teen daughter has adrenal fatigue, so I want to try something that has worked for someone else.

Thanks.
