Yes, trampoline is a good idea for lymph movement, also I don't think it is much of an exercise.

When you drink too much water, you will know, your stomach will hurt or feel heavy.

All fasts and all people react differently when fasting. I have had many fasts demanding a lot of water and many when water was not needed as much. So go by how you feel after drinking water.

BTW, warm/hot water is best for lymph movement, fasting or not.
