Trump, in one or more of the early debates, talked about knowing people who had kids vaxed and then the kids got sick.

He was raising awareness, willing to stir the pot on the subject. In contrast to B Carson who was at one point for mandatory vax, Trump was questioning the safety of the vax schedule.

That is in contrast to mainstream media and most politicians who just parrot the Big Pharma and mainstream for-profit medicine sales pitch. They rake in the $ by selling vaccines then make more $ treating the side effect of the vax.

H Clinton's foundation has taken big $ from influential people in Muslim countries where women are treated little better than property. Then she pretends to be a hero for women. Why would she put the health of kids ahead of Big Pharma $?

The autism rate in the 1960s was something like 1 in 10,000. Now it is 1 in 50 boys!

What is the cost of caring for all of those kids who will not likely be able to have a career and who will have lots of medical needs?

At least the kids have a chance with D Trump. Trump may not be a more decent person than despicable Hillary; however from his business experience he knows he has to be careful about expenses. He knows you can't be successful with a huge debt.

The Socialists among the Dems don't really care about debt or balancing the budget. Look at the mess in the country Greece where people had to wait in long lines at banks to get access to only $60 per day, or Venezuela that is floating on oil but people struggle to purchase basic items.

During Obama's first term the Dems had full control of Washington. The Republicans did not have enough votes to do anything. The Constitution requires Congress to pass a budget. Even with full control the Dems didn't bother to pass a budget.

Dems won't care about the cost of caring for all of the sick kids. The sick kids are more likely to vote for Dems who tend to throw more $ at the poor while their policies keep them that way.

The Dems have been bought by Big Pharma and are pushing mandatory poisoning of our kids.

Trump will be much harder to buy-off and will at least have motivation to avoid the extra expense of caring for sick kids and disabled adults. It won't be the ideal motivation to do the right thing, but our kids will have a better chance to avoid going through life disabled.
