Good dead. If it is calorie sufficient and incorporates sufficient variety, I consider it for what it is - juice feasting (and simultaneous cleansing). As far as good fats are concerned, unless smoothies are also included, one probably cuts back a lot on them - which is good for most people. I think about 90 days on juice alone is no starving at all. Then depending on the Omega 3/6/9 reserves some of them, in good ration one to another ought to be include, IMO. Maybe chia, flax and sesame would be enough, maybe occasional avocado or cultured nuts and coconut. All this would probably constitute the best diet on Earth ... :) BTW blending/juicing fruit seeds will provide nice vit B17 - helpful in all cases. I also use Watermelon whites, beet and carrot green leaves, mango peels and citrus peels, when I get organic.
