Dim headlights

I honestly thought it was me. My 2009 Honda Accord has low beams so dim, I can't see well. Now it is in the news, they are bad! Mine are almost new, but as bad as the old ones. Honda makes it impossible for me or anyone I know to change the bulbs, you have to take the car apart! I wish they considered it a recall worthy issue.

Any suggestions? I'm on country roads some, high beams are great, I don't have fog lights. Tweet
