Re: What is this smell from that started when i got constipated!
I'm so sorry you're going through all of that. Did you notice how you mentioned eating lots of things with cheese, bread, and sugar? I bet you'll notice when you eat those things that's when the rumblings in your stomach, flatulence, and constipation seem to be at their worse.
Eliminate milk products, starches, and sugars from your diet and see if that doesn't help. Eat fresh fruits, veggies, and white meats. Watch the amount of fruits you eat. Fruits have natural sugars.
Don't expect the odor to go away in a day, week, or month. It took a while for your body to get to where it is and will take a while for it to heal. Another thing, the odor will get worse before it gets better. It might be the body detoxing but just hang in there.
After being on the diet for a while, you'll even begin to notice foods that will trigger the odor while others will help reduce/eliminate it.
Be careful about taking laxatives on a regular basis as your body becomes dependent on them. Try taking probiotics and eating more raw fruits and veggies.
Good luck
