you most likely won't find anything... there are no specific test that diagnose eczema/dermatitis inflammatory conditions.. the location on the lips is the reason why everybody gets confused.. i would find a high quality good dermatologist who is knowledgeable in dealing with dermatitis and takes your case seriously... there has been a few doctors who have cleared ec very little but there are a handful... daniki's post is worth a read the immune system is producing an inflammatory response... and unfortunately its chronic good luck keep us posted
