Not sure if I buy that more than 40 minutes is bad...I always go for 20 minutes max early in the day at mode1 and then 20 minutes max mode3 1-2 hours before bed.
Usually I only go around 10 minutes....feel like it doesn't make too much a difference and it's more convenient.

I know it makes a difference when doing highly demanding mental tasks.
It seems that the toxin is still there even though I used the script for hours, everyday over months...it stops interference while running the script but doesn't get removed for good?
Why not use the frq and then dowse for the answer ;)
