Weird stringy things in poo -- am I paranoid or are these parasites

After months of GI symptoms and near constant battles with yeast anytime I so much as look at a piece of fruit or other sugary treat, plus an ongoing mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, I think I'm now seeing worms in my stool and in my 14-month-old daughter's stool. These photos are from her stool over the course of a day or so -- these are only a few of the stringy weird things (or strange round things) in her stool.

I literally pulled out what seemed like a 3-4 inch piece of floss out of my rear a couple months ago and have had stringy things in my poop too (harder to investigate than my daughter's, but I'll try to post pictures when I can take some).

I have an itchy bum, itchy head, weird shriveling of hands/fingers, joint inflammation, etc. oh, I also have weird floaters in my eyes that look like clear strings with clear round segment things.

Am I crazy? (My husband thinks I am seeing vegetable fiber in the poop).

I'm still nursing my daughter so I'm not sure what to do with the information when I get it.
