So....I'm a little stupid for not seeing the hormone connection before (I've been getting worse at ovulation). Things that have helped:
1. Low dose pill for 1 week and counting.
2. Sip of kefir before every meal.
3. Less of the other probiotic pills.
4. Switched from prenatal to B superpack for energy (high in B1, B5, B12)
5. Lots of fiber (the green jar).
6. Still taking enzymes (now ZenPep for insurance reasons) though I'm sceptical it does anything besides make me dizzy.
7. Still on FODMAP.
