Dr. David Viarreal is in Newbury Park, CA. He doesn't have a lot of experience with oral cavitation surgery but is good. He's a Huggins follower and very expensive though. He knows and works with Fred Hughes if you get thermal scans read by him.

Strongly recommend seeing WENDELL ROBERTSON in Spanish Fork, UT. Travel expense may be similar (or even cheaper) than what Viarreal may charge. Dr. Robertson also works with with Fred and has more experience with oral cavitations than Dr. Viarreal.
I've seen to both dentists.
