Lately I have been spending to much time obsessing over food, depression, and general stress. My daily routine has been next to non existent ever since i moved. I have been feeling it is time to reset, restart, try something new, cleanse my body and soul so to speak. I am no stranger to intermittent fasting but i think i need to go further and thus want to start a water fast. To reduce risks involved i want to take vitamins. From my research i get the sense there is a correct way to do this, combinations that should be together but i dont have specifics. Is it still a Water Fast with vitamins? I would appreciate any tips.
