You don't need to take 10 grams of each every day.

One gram a day for both of the liposomal did the trick for me. You might need a extra gram depends how sick you are. But if you have never taken it you should see great results. 2-3 table spoons of the sliver on a empty stumic.

In all honesty this is your best bet for a treatment. If you don't have a fungal infection like me in your guts. You could try a Fecal Transplant at home.
