buttsweat when i shave my anus and buttcrack hair

Hi i was shave my butt back 2014 and now my anus and buttcrack sweat when i holding my poop or when i fart it start with moist then when u ignore it will sweat hard and smelly everyone is talking at my back i use drysol but it effective only like 3 hours and i working hard as a housekeeper in a hotel Pls help me to be cured i want to go college but im ashamed about on my situation i cant work and study whole day because of my anus and buttcrack sweat when i fart or sitting for a long time holding my poop.. I only shave my butt hair and i also drink a fiber.. That gastroentorologist tell me.. HELLPPP MEEE PLSSSSS i dont want to be like this forever help me cure my anus and buttcrack sweatttt I only shave my anus and buttcrack hair :(( Im using sweat block bow and a medicine callled oxybutinin but they still smell me when i wash with soap when i poop and when i put tissue and cornstartch in my butthole :( HELPP mee do you think its an IBS :(
