Hi everyone im new and im on day 2 of 40 days. I tried reading about other people fasting and them asking others questions and everyone went on a rant how much muscle and water she'd lose and very little fat. I know she'll lose both but not more muscle and water than fat.
Yes im doing it for weight loss bite me. Ive done 1 ten day Water Fast and a 4. I didnt gain it back but maybe i wasnt doing it long enough? What im asking is were OP right? Would you lose mostly muscle and water and a minimal amt of fat?
