I'm 60.5kg, started from 80. I think I lose weight more quickly because of this "sickness". My body composition was quite good originally, I wasn't fat. My rough estimation would be that my total weight loss is around 50-50 percent fat-protein. I've lost a lot of muscle from my arms and legs, they were pretty strong and now they are super skinny.
I look a bit ridiculous in my clothes, I will have to buy a bit tighter shirts and jeans.
