Good material!
I have to say that the point at minute 34-35 is something on what I've pondered quite a bit - refusal to feel well, while knowing other people are in misery. The world's best reality depends on this process and lies within our enlightened paths and those of all other individuals.
I adore the Abraham Hicks perspective, for eample. There were however few statements Esther made that did not resonate well with me - 1. "Animals are happy to come forward and give their lives and reincarnate all over again (while being eaten by humans)" - 2. "Your politicians are good, the economic system is how it should be"
Man kind will awaken when it becomes Kind men.
