tumors in breasts?? history of worms and bad winter - what do I do???

Please help

I have been struggling with worms for years

now i've also been struggling with homelessness

that with domestic violence on and off and i had a disastrous winter

first shower in months and - my breasts are not the same they ever were before

something is wrong - i tried squeezing some flesh and i felt something was horribly upset/mad/irritated with me when i did. it was everywhere all over when i did that, as if there were many of these things

i'm worried - i spent most of the winter curled up or hunched over in a car, hiding. It would seem as if some worms set up shop and set in building tumors, and now my breasts are riddled with them??

is this so? this is what appears. its horrible. please help. What do I do?

i don't know anything about tumors and am not well now to research very effectively - please help
