Oxypowder is just high dose ozonated magnesium oxide. I had a bad reaction to it by following the directions on the bottle, but I found that I am ok if I just take 1 or 2 capsules at a time. It liquifies the contents in your gut, so bathroom visits aren't the most pleasant experience, for me anyway... I take 1000 mg of plain old magnesium (not Oxypowder ) every night for sleep and RLS issues, but for colon cleansing nothing has worked better for me than DE and P&B shakes, which it sounds like you are already doing. You might want to look into adding DE to your protocol. It really helps with removing candida and mucoid plaque. Good luck!
