Re: how much is 1/10 of a teaspoon cayenne pepper?

I fill up the 1/4 teaspoon about halfway. The cayenne isn't an exact Science - I can tolerate a little more than that and I do fine. But yeah, doing more than you can handle can hurt, so proceed with caution ;)
