I'm interested in following Dr.Wilson's nutritional balancing program but I also have a couple of whole food supplements powders that I like to use which he strongly advises against. He states that because they are cold,sugary and watery, that they make the body more "yin" and out of balance. He also advises against raw juices and fruits. This is such a bummer because I just purchased an awesome new Nutribullet and some fresh produce :/
