Hi, I just started my first Water Fast today in order to detox my body from.food addiction. I am constantly thinking about food and having regular sometimes daily binges on high sugary foods, eating until I feel virtually sick. I have reached that low in my life of feeling worthless and ashamed,I want to overcome my addiction to food and so my bingeing attacks. I read that Water Fasting was a good way to take control of this problem. Has anyone else any experience about this, if sd I serious love to hear your story. Maybe you have some tips you could share.
I am a busy mother off 3 so therefore I am unable to rest a lot while fasting, I was their thinking of fasting for 4_8 days.
After my fasting period I would like to eat healthy and loss w weight using paleo.
I would love a buddy to help/share my journey.
