It's most definitely your diet. You must eliminate: dairy, soy, wheat, grains, fruit, and sugar. You basically must only eat meat, eggs, and vegetables. Soups are great. This will probably take a year to fully clear your system, even after the symptoms disappear. No cheating... it will only cause a flair up! No bread, no dessert. You can have 100% organic coco powder (on amazon) and mix with some almond milk. It's delicious! Also, no alcohol!
Organic raw Coconut oil, organic apple cider vinegar baths are all good too.
If you can find a nutritional response testing person in your area... I highly recommend you looking them up. They can test you to see what supplements will target the type of yeast you have. (There are four types)
