It's nice to hear that AVC helped you but I must say that it is not a cure for true CFS. If anything it is likely to make things worse.

The primary cause of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome is the bodies reaction to acid leading to excess ammonia. Such excess ammonia that the blood ph changes. Consuming more acids is almost certain to increase ammonia in Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome sufferers.
