Day 25 - fishy excretion?!

During the last 10 days I was mildly nauseous and I had bowel movements like in case of diarrhoea (bowel movements are sometimes constant and audible). For this reason today I forced myself to the toilet for two hours and what came out of me is a little bit of transparent dontknowhat that smells like fish. Not rotten sick smelling but like a very strong smelling matured fried tuna slice.

I also have quite a lot of gas production but that is completely odourless and I have no body odours.

On the internet I found only Trimethylaminuria ('fish odour syndrome') related to fishy excretion but I know that I don't have that disorder. Do you have any idea what can be the reason for these annoying bowel movements and fish odorous excretion? Is it normal? It may be related to my occasional mild nausea.

Maybe an imbalance in my flora...
