I think I would have benefited with some water fasts, but mainly like lighter detoxing protocols with kidney cleanses with uva ursi, and Liver Cleanses with milk thistle before I did high doses of Iodine.

The high doses overtaxed my cleansing organs, and now their backed up. I did this all backwards, but the end goal is still the same on the bright side.

So far for the kidney soreness and fatigued feeling I always get from time to time, I'm doing kidney cleanses with Dr. Christophers formula.

Though I can't blame trapper for making it attractive, I have to take personal responsibility for what I do to my body in the end. I do wish in hindsight I did my homework a little better as my healing crisis could have been better managed and not as hard, but I was going through a lot at the time and wanted badly to be cured.
