Humaworm backache and lots of noise ??

Humaworm backache and lots of noise ?? Hi I am almost 2 weeks in Humaworm but been having severe backache on right side probibly kidney area and tons of bowel noises !!!! first I was having no side effects at all then bumped up my dose to 3 pills in am and pm I am thinking it may of pissed off my kidneys so I backed down to 2 am 2 pm again could it just be die off . a few years ago when I did paragone I had noisy gut but then it stopped and I was better for years ? I am just concerned about the ache it seems less severe today ! I have not noticed much in my stool I take a magnisum suplment daily Low dose ! and vit c for cramps and last night I had a cramp in my arm for about 15 min strieght woke me up ? just wondering if I can attribute this all to die off or should I be concerned about my kidneys ?
