Please help undetected itchy red spots

Could this be ringworm or Mocccasin foot fungis

I have some expired Clobasol...will it work please im in need of immediate relief any suggestions as to what this is..it possibly spread to my pointer finger in addition to the soles of my feet, including sides of both feet..seems to spread. So unbearable couldnt sleep last night.
