Am I allergic to everything including the remedies?

Hi there,
I really don't know where to go for help. I had strange symptoms for years but manageable. Lately it seems everything is now setting me off.

Before i avoided oranges, quercitin (phenols or flavoniods group), sulfites and nitrites (to avoid migraines), excess sugar, to extent possible. Also avoided aspirin and NSAIDs, quinine, cipro etc to avoid tinnitus and hyperacusis getting worse.

All of a sudden, everything seems to be worse.

I have swelling of hands and feet after eating he wrong thing, GERD, salicylates, phenols, histaminenes, (don't konw about oxalates), so now i am also hoarse, coughing on exhale, muscle aches, and so on-

and the worst part is that all the remedies seem to have things in them with phenols, salicylates, histamines, etc... i feel totally stuck.
