What are these "seeds" in my sons stool? He doesn't eat anything that would come out like this.

Hi! I'm new here, hoping it's ok to just jump right in. My sons are identical twins and are suffering from chronic constipation. They have been taking Miralax to no avail for the past 4 days. These came out in several of their stools.

I've felt movement in my own bowels when I try to do a cleanse, like a kicking sensation, and I am for sure not pregnant, like no way. Also I've experienced a scattering sensation that was super horrific. Anyway, this isn't about me although it may help, if anyone can help me to identify these "seeds" in my sons' stools.


Our doctor has given us tests using stool samples and they are all negative. So I'm turning to you. Thanks!
