I have been using a spoon to scrape my tongue as well as a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. I rinse really well after. I have had the white tongue since day 4 (I am at day 15), but now the tip of my tongue is pink again. =)

I do the brush/scrape 2x a day.
