What kind of test did you have done? From my research the only reliable way to test for heavy metals is to be given a chelator and than have stool or urine(or both) tested. Heavy metals store in tissues and organs, you could be extremely high and come out undetected otherwise. Your tongue looks similar to mine, if you've had chronic candida issues than there is an extremely high chance it's because of heavy metal exposure(amalgams, diet, environment etc) , I'm starting to believe more and more that the chronic candida is an immune response to metal exposure , so it's actually helping us more than hurting us. Chelating is very dangerous tho, I would seek help from a qualified professional for the metal issue and leave the candida alone for the time being. That's what I'm doing....
