Damaging sleep

Today I've finished day 17. Yesterday I flew to a different country and today I came back. There was absolutely no problem with the travel and besides that I carried back a 10kg handbag full of food and drink I can't buy at home.

Day 16 and 17 were super easy and slick. Only about 15-30 minutes of weakness after waking up (with no feelings of sickness) compared to the usual 1-2 hours of sick struggle. The interesting thing is that I slept only 1.5 hour before these days (and did 1-2 hours of half-sleep while travelling).

I was just wondering whether my sleep is harmful for me in some way. This is not the first time I'm thinking about this. Previously I mentioned that I have hormonal imbalance with mildly high prl and shbg and already noticed that the symptoms are less likely to be present at the end of the day and also in the morning if I don't sleep much even if I'm not fasting.

Any ideas?
