I really want to try a Water Fast with probiotics after reading about how it cured someone from TMAU. The thing is, I don't eat a lot in general. I eat very little and don't get that hungry. I eat about 1,000 calories a day. If I go on this diet, am I going to crash or have a higher risk of injury/death?
Thanks! I am just going to drink whenever I am thirsty, and then take the probiotics.
