I'm going to start a 21 day juice fast soon but I have some questions before I proceed to do so:
1.) Could I add plant based protein powders yo ensure that I'm getting sufficient protein or would that stall the detoxification and cleansing of my body? The protein powder that I plan to add is hemp,mushroom and brown rice.
2.) I also plan to add a spirulia and chkorella powder and a fermented kale powder for extra detox and nutrients. Would this be a good idea?
