Amalgam Solutions

I am in the US, and have:
- 4 or 5 Amalgam fillings
- 2 cracked teeth
- 2 upper molars removed

I've been imagining that there is a technique that would allow me to repair the cracked ones, and push those fillings out.

I've followed a lot of resources, and have a lit.

Does anyone know of someone I can follow to learn that?

If not, in the interim, just because I am having a fair amount of health challenges, I am open to get them replaced with safer material.
