it is pretty much free to do except diet but involved
the ten steps include:
1. 75-85% raw, vegan diet mostly whole grains, fruits and veggies --she only allows 6 almonds a day as far as nuts. I think grains three times s week. No refined products or anything that came in a box or can or package,...just as it comes from the earth.
No junk or fast food. she also juices 13 cups a day--8 of fresh carrot, 4 of apples and greens and one cup of orange juice..occasional others,.. Count both your juices and the water.
2 water half your body weight in water and 1/4 teap of pink Himalayan salt, Celtic salt, or Raymond's real salt per
quart (the program in your body's many cries for help also see his book on depression, cancer and obesity by Dr F. Batmanghelidj

3 exercise daily..if cannot exercise due toi very poor health and inability to walk, I recommend deep breathing and bed or chair exercises (bed is like chair but in bed to music)

4 sunshine -she said it helps shrink tumors
5 fresh air she said cancer grows twice as fast on indoor air over outdoor air
6 give up bad habits like smoking,. drugs, drinking, sugar, chemicals etc
7 Rest and good sleep at the right time of day (before 930 pm)
8 trust god--this involves totally turning your life to god and also praying and bile reading at least hour a day..forgiving your enemies etc give God your stress
9 gratefulness/thankfulness
10 altruism--help others
of course in her courses she elaborates a lot more and I recommend getting these materials in her starter package
