Re: Has anyone Tried Ursodiol?
Re your other post about amarus, that was an interesting study, but it is a little dubious for a few reasons: first it was done on rats, second they called it chanca piedra, which it is not, so who knows which herb they actually tested.
Both phyllanthus herbs are safe as far as I know. No one has posted ever about toxic effects. With most herbs you take them for a while and then take a break.
Again, you should be taking a good magnesium. Even if it doesn't solve the problem it's going to make everything better and help calm you down.
How do you feel with saturated fats?
If you do ok with them they will have a similar effect as taking a bile supplement and the fat itself can slowly dissolve stones. Since you said the cause was a low fat diet, a high saturated fat diet may reverse things painlessly.
The classic chinese herb for dissolving stones is gold coin grass.
