-okay ages ago I got a pyroluria test and I was a mildly positive.
-the practioner said i should take more tests,but i decided to stay on nutritional balancing program.this was last summer i think.

last summer i tried psycho-sexual talk therapy :it wascomplete bullshit,this middle aged women just harranged me for not masterbating enough every time,because that was my home work.really dont have time for talk therapy,most of my improvements have from nutrition and rest and low responsibility lifestyle.

head is a lot clearly,and i only feel painin forehead etc when im stressed.

my ED is somewhat improved as ocassionally i will wake with erections.

still quite vulnerable to stress,I have to take it easy a lot of the time....struggle with deadlines etc.

would not be able to hack a full time job,stress etc

has anyone tried abilify,that was what was recommended to me...i wonder what your experiences with it are???
