I'm sorry if I hijacked your thread/message on this message board. I'm reading through it trying to figure out which replies are meant for you and which for me. The thing we have in common I guess is "getting the bowels moving".

How's it going for you now? Any improvement? If so what worked or is working for you?

I drank a bottle of magnesium citrate two nights ago and it sure did produce a lot of "output" however I still feel there is "something" big still blocking me. I think all the other stuff I eliminated just went around it.
