Day 10 - Whew! almost done!
Well, I'm sitting here getting ready for day 7 of Bikram Yoga on day 10 of the MC. I'm down 13.5
pounds from the start of the cleanse. I only see myself releasing even more weight due to the fact that I will be continuing with Bikram daily for the 60 day challenge. Which means basically that I'll definately be keeping with my water intake as well, because it's nearly impossible to get through that class unless you come fully hydrated from drinking water all day the day before. Also, it means that I must maintain a fairly decent diet otherwise, THAT makes you feel sick in class too.
I plan to incorporate more RAW foods into my already Vegan diet now. Having say one hot meal a day and having fruit for breakfast and salads or wraps and things like that for lunch.
My body is looking good right now and I plan to keep it this way and better!
Well, I wish everyone luck in their success. Wish me luck getting through today and the coming off period.
I'm going to keep myself VERY preoccupied today as much as possible so the day just flies by.
