Hi. I've decided to try to Water Fast once again but this time, I plan to do 30 to 40 days with doctor supervision.This is officially day 1!! Last time I water fasted, I only did 3 full days and my husband talked me out of doing it. I'm 5'4 and 271 pounds and I also have pcos which comes with problems like insulin resistance and a hard time losing weight no matter what I eat that's healthy. I don't know how many pounds I will lose but I heard there are a lot of benefits from Water Fasting even though today's society thinks it's starving yourself... hell I NEED to stay away from the table and leave the fork alone for a while!! LOL. anybody have any advice that has went on one and went all the way? Please no "your body will eat it's muscle" etc because I have a lot of fat reserves lol
