Day 1-3 are the worst for tiredness/lethargy. Your body is detoxing and you're feeling the symptoms. Unlike many here, I do not exericise while MC'ing -- rather I read and rest my body -- there will be plenty of time for exercise next week! :) I'm on day 9 and every night I hit the pillow early -- but today I woke up at 3:30 AM wide awake (so I figured I'd jump on line). I think I'll make some tea and go back to bed soon :)
